CLASS SCHEDULE

All classes are a dynamic Kundalini yoga set incorporating breath work, mantra, music and meditation in each class. All levels and drop-ins are welcome

Monday Meditation  5:30 PM~6:30 PM Mount Diablo integrated Wellness Center (MDI) 325 N Widget Lane #130. This class with start with some light yoga and breath work and then we will move into a series of meditations ending in a deep relaxation. Bring a journal to flash journal.

Tuesday  12:30~1:30 PM  Lunch time Walnut Creek      Mount Diablo integrated Wellness ( MDI) 325 N Widget Lane #130.  Come join for a lunch time pick me up and de-stress at MDI.  A quick 1 hour class that still gives you a beautiful experience.

Tuesday Night 7:30~8:45 PM   Pleasant Hill      I N D I G O Yoga and Pilates  2395 Pleasant Hill Road Pleasant Hill.  Above the fruit market on the second floor.  Drop -in and class card. Plenty of parking in the back.  Come through the front door.  Come join us in the beautiful space of I N D I G O for an evening of yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Thursday Lunch time 12:30~1:30  Walnut Creek      Mount Diablo integrated Wellness ( MDI) 325 N Widget Lane #130.  Come join for a lunch time pick me up and de-stress at MDI.  A quick 1 hour class that still gives you a beautiful experience.

Friday 10:45 AM~ noon Walnut Creek       Yoga and Movement Center  1379 Locust Street Downtown Walnut Creek. Drop in and Class card. Start your weekend off with a dynamic KY set and always a power meditation.

    Are your morning classes a series, or do you welcome drop ins? I come from Lummi Island, and I would like this winter to be able to drop into a class every month, or twice a month. But I cannot commit to a series.
